1. Grounds for Revocation
Planetary.Blue Pte Ltd may revoke trademark display rights if:
- BIRI™ score falls below 5
- Fraud or misinformation is detected
- Licensing fees are unpaid
- Contractual obligations are breached
- Legal or regulatory risk arises
2. Revocation Process
Planetary.Blue Pte Ltd may activate the revocation process as follows:
- Revocation decision recorded internally
- Widget display updated in real time
- Distributed ledger revocation event logged
- Licensee notified formally
3. Appeals Process
The Licensee may submit:
- Evidence supporting score reconsideration
- Correction requests for factual errors
Planetary.Blue Pte Ltd will:
- Conduct expert review
- Provide written determination
- Log outcomes in audit records
4. Final Authority
Planetary.blue retains final authority over scoring and trademark licensing decisions.
