BIRI™ REVOCATION AND APPEALS PROCEDURE

1. Grounds for Revocation

Planetary.Blue Pte Ltd may revoke trademark display rights if:
  1. BIRI™ score falls below 5
  2. Fraud or misinformation is detected
  3. Licensing fees are unpaid
  4. Contractual obligations are breached
  5. Legal or regulatory risk arises

2. Revocation Process

Planetary.Blue Pte Ltd may activate the revocation process as follows:
  1. Revocation decision recorded internally
  2. Widget display updated in real time
  3. Distributed ledger revocation event logged
  4. Licensee notified formally

3. Appeals Process

The Licensee may submit:
  1. Evidence supporting score reconsideration
  2. Correction requests for factual errors
Planetary.Blue Pte Ltd will:
  1. Conduct expert review
  2. Provide written determination
  3. Log outcomes in audit records

4. Final Authority

Planetary.blue retains final authority over scoring and trademark licensing decisions.
